Large-scale Pipeline Leaching EPC Project
Our company, in collaboration with strategic partners, has continuously developed a series of large-scale pipeline-based Bayer process technologies for the digestion of diaspore with capacities ranging from 400 to 1,350 kt/a, as well as a series of large-scale, fully pipeline-based Bayer process technologies for the digestion of diaspore. Additionally, we have developed pipeline-based digestion technologies—both single-stream and dual-stream—for the digestion of gibbsite, with capacities ranging from 400 to 2,000 kV/a, coupled with tube-bundle heating and retention-tank digestion processes under the Bayer method. These technologies offer advantages such as small land footprint, reduced investment costs, and low overall energy consumption.
