EPC Project for Dry Flue Gas Purification Technology with Counterflow Gas Flow


The system primarily consists of a flue gas duct network, a baghouse filtration system, an alumina treatment system, a mechanical exhaust system, an air supply system, an electrical system, and a control system. This complete set of equipment incorporates several domestically unique process technologies, including a new dry-process purification technology and advanced integrated automation control systems, enabling automatic fault diagnosis and automated alarm functions on the human-machine interface. Compared with traditional flue gas purification technologies, the counter-flow dry flue gas purification system produced by our company boasts the following advantages:

(1) Excellent emission performance: Total fluoride emissions are between 0.5 and 1.5 mg/Nm³, and dust emissions are between 0.5 and 5.0 mg/Nm³, meeting EU emission standards.

(2) High purification efficiency: reaching over 99%;

(3) Alumina has a low breakage rate and a high adsorption capacity for fluorinated alumina;

(4) Small land footprint, low civil engineering costs, and low investment costs;

(5) Low power consumption and low operating costs.
