EPC Project for the Gas-Suspended Roasting Furnace of Aluminum Hydroxide
The 150 t/d to 4,000 t/d series of suspended-bed calcination furnaces for aluminum hydroxide, designed and developed by our company, constitute a complete EPC package. The system mainly comprises an aluminum hydroxide feeding system, a Venturi drying system, a preheating system, a calcination system, a four-stage cyclone cooling system, a fluidized-bed cooling system, a dust collection and fly ash return system, as well as an alumina conveying, storage, and transportation system and an automated control system. Upon reaching full production capacity, the product will be metallurgical-grade first-class alumina with a loss on ignition below 1.0% and an α-Al₂O₃ content in the secondary crystalline phase ranging from 5% to 20%. This equipment is designed using energy-saving new technologies that reduce fuel consumption. Compared with similar international systems, it offers broader operating conditions, a wider operational range, and greater economic efficiency, with a capacity adjustment range of 60% to 120%. The system shortens the calcination time, minimizes material breakage, and features lower thermal and electrical energy consumption. Moreover, its exhaust gas volume and dust emission levels both exceed national standards.
