Henan KEDANEU International Engineering Co.,Ltd. was established on August 27, 1998. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keda Manufacturing Co., Ltd. [Stock Code: 600499], and is a high-tech enterprise integrating design & technical consulting, development of complete sets of energy-saving and eco-friendly equipment, project management, and general contracting of engineering projects.
The company holds qualifications in metallurgical design, general contracting for metallurgical and environmental protection construction, and pressure piping design. It also enjoys independent import and export trade rights. The company is certified under ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14001 for environmental management, and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety. The company has established horizontal industry-academia-research collaborations with numerous domestic universities and enterprises, including Northeastern University, the Northeastern University Design Research Institute, Northern Industrial University, Zhengzhou University, and China Nonferrous Metal Industry’s Foreign Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd., thereby promoting the sharing of scientific research resources with society. The company has successively established the Zhengzhou Aluminum Oxide Energy-Saving Engineering Technology Research Center, the Henan Province Electrolytic Aluminum Flue Gas Purification Environmental Protection Engineering Technology Research Center, and the Henan Province Industrial Design Center, continuously driving technological innovation in complete sets of equipment for the aluminum industry.

Guided by the principles of energy conservation, emission reduction, production increase, and efficiency enhancement, the company has so far developed numerous patented technologies. Our flagship products—including clean coal-to-gas systems, multi-functional suspended roasting furnace systems, and aluminum electrolysis counter-current dry flue gas purification systems—have been widely adopted in both domestic and international construction projects across the aluminum, chemical, ceramic, and glass industries. Additionally, our specialized supporting products—such as rectifier power supply systems for aluminum smelters, cell control systems for electrolytic cells, fixed-volume feeding devices, intelligent shell-breaking units, screw feeders, and fluidized cooling units—have consistently received high praise from our clients in the industry.
The company’s production base is located in Ma'anshan City, Anhui Province. It is a 100,000-square-meter industry-academia-research facility built with an investment of nearly 500 million yuan by the parent company. The factory building covers an area of 60,000 square meters and is equipped with advanced welding equipment, including a robotic welding center, an automated pipe-to-pipe welding line, P+T automatic circumferential welders, and submerged arc automatic welders, as well as lifting and machining equipment such as bridge cranes, CNC gantry machining centers, CNC floor boring and milling machines, non-destructive testing rooms, heat treatment furnaces, and intelligent painting systems. The plant has an annual processing capacity of 50,000 tons.

August 27: Henan Tailong Technology Development and Application Co., Ltd. was officially registered and established.

June 12: The Equipment Branch of Henan Tailong Technology Development & Application Co., Ltd. was established.

In July, the company’s online density detector for settling tanks was approved as a project under the National Science and Technology Ministry’s Innovation Fund.

In April,-the company became the Engineering Technology Research Center for Energy-Saving Technologies in Alumina Production in Zhengzhou City.

2011 year
On June 1,the company-obtained the national-level ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification. In October, the company was awarded the title of Vice-Chairperson Unit of the inaugural Council of ‘Nonferrous Metallurgical Design and Research’.

2012 year
On April 5, the company obtained Grade B design qualification in the metallurgical industry. On April 18, the company obtained Grade II general contracting qualification for smelting engineering construction. On August 15, the company was awarded the title of High-Tech Enterprise.

2013 year
In September, the company’s integrated upper structure assembly for prebaked electrolytic cells received the National Torch Program Demonstration Certificate.

2014 year
In February, the company was selected as one of the 7th batch of innovative pilot enterprises in Henan Province for 2014. On May 26, the company officially obtained Grade B design qualification for construction engineering in the construction industry. On August 27, the company officially changed its name to Henan KEDANEU International Engineering Co.,Ltd. In October, the company was recognized as a science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise in Henan Province.

2016 year
In June, the two 3,000 t/d calcination furnaces (two sets) constructed by the company for Beihai, Binzhou, Shandong Province, were successfully put into operation. This project represents the company’s largest single-unit gas-phase suspension calcination furnace project implemented domestically. In August, the company was approved to obtain Class C engineering consulting qualification.

2017 year
On November 29, the company successfully completed the upgrade of its GC1 pressure piping design qualification. On December 29, the company was recognized as the ‘Henan Province Electrolytic Flue Gas Purification Environmental Protection Engineering Technology Research Center’.

In January, the company was awarded the title of ‘Henan Province Science and Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise’.

In November, the company’s independently developed ‘Intelligent Shell-Striking System for Aluminum Electrolytic Cells’ passed the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

In July, the company was recognized as a caring enterprise. On June 1, the company was designated as the “Henan Provincial Industrial Design Center.” On September 24, the company’s intelligent shell-breaking system for aluminum electrolytic cells was included in the National Catalogue of Recommended Industrial Energy-Saving Technologies. On October 11, the company’s technology—‘Research and Application of Key Technologies for Ultra-Low Emission of Flue Gas from Alumina Gas-Suspension Calcination Furnaces’—passed the technical achievement appraisal conducted by the Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology. In October, the company was recognized as a municipal-level ‘specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative’ SME for 2021. On December 31, the company was selected for inclusion in the Zhengzhou Municipal Database for Cultivating High-Tech, High-Growth, High-Value-Added Enterprises for 2021.
