Hardware part:

The hardware circuit adopts a modular and standardized design with strong anti-interference capability. It consists of two embedded PLC-based control units and a touch screen, among other components. The terminal blocks feature a pluggable design, making them easy to replace on-site.

Software part:

A superior control mode that combines fuzzy control technology with neural networks and genetic algorithms, leveraging the strengths of each to achieve optimal performance.

System features:

Aluminum tapping, pole replacement, and busbar lifting operations are simple, intuitive, and safe. The system enables personalized control and on-demand material feeding. It can be optionally equipped with intelligent shell-breaking functionality and single-point feeding capability, allowing for adjustment and compensation of material consumption discrepancies and troubleshooting at each feeding point. This results in smoother operation, reduced or even zero-effect production, and an increase in current efficiency by 0.2% to 0.8% compared to previous levels.
