From January to November, profits of large-scale nonferrous metal industrial enterprises increased by 15.9%.

According to information from the Statistics and Information Department of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, from January to November, 12,326 nonferrous metal enterprises above a designated size achieved total profits of 448.62 billion yuan, an increase of 15.9% year-on-year (calculated on a comparable basis; the same applies below). The growth rate narrowed by 2.7 percentage points compared to the period from January to October. Among them, independent mining enterprises recorded profits of 115.62 billion yuan, up 32.3%; and nonferrous metal smelting and rolling processing enterprises generated total profits of 333 billion yuan, an increase of 11.1%.
From January to November, 12,326 large-scale non-ferrous metal enterprises achieved operating revenues of 9,189.21 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 13.8%. Among them, non-ferrous metal mining and beneficiation enterprises generated operating revenues of 380.68 billion yuan, up 12.7%; while non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing enterprises recorded operating revenues of 8,808.54 billion yuan, an increase of 13.8%.
From January to November, the revenue profit margin of 12,326 large-scale non-ferrous metal industrial enterprises was 4.88%, an increase of 0.09 percentage points over the same period last year.
