The Zhongfu Carbon flue-gas dust removal and desulfurization ultra-low emission project achieved successful trial operation on the first attempt.

Recently, Zhongfu Carbon Company’s calcination and roasting systems successfully completed their ultra‑low‑emission flue‑gas dust removal and desulfurization projects on the first attempt. After treatment, both sulfur dioxide and particulate matter levels in the flue gas have fallen below the national special emission limits for the heating season, making Zhongfu Carbon the first carbon‑producing enterprise in the province to achieve ultra‑low emissions. The project employs advanced ultra‑low‑emission equipment, including wet electrostatic precipitators and tubular bundle dust collectors, to remove harmful substances such as dust, smoke, and PM2.5 from the humid flue gas, thereby attaining the targeted ultra‑low emission standards.
