Job Description:
1. Responsible for the research and development of process technologies and equipment related to metallurgical furnaces and kilns.
2. Possess more than 10 years of experience in the design and project implementation of suspension roasters or similar dynamic roasting furnaces (including calcination furnaces, preheating and decomposition furnaces, circulating fluidized beds, and flash roasters).
3. Proficient in the thermodynamics and kinetics of mineral chemical reactions, as well as thermodynamic calculations for various fuel combustion reactions; have a thorough understanding of the mechanisms and parameters governing gas flow, heat transfer, and mass transport within kilns and furnaces.
4. Have an in-depth understanding of the reaction mechanisms involved in magnesite roasting, be familiar with the mineralogical characteristics of magnesite (such as decomposition temperature, endothermic effects, sintering activity, etc.) and their impact on roasting processes.
5. Familiar with one or more CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software tools for simulating, modeling, and optimizing the flow field, temperature field, and chemical reactions inside furnaces; proficient in using design software such as CAD and SolidWorks.
6. Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher obtained through regular enrollment.
7. Majored in Metallurgical Engineering, Nonferrous Metal Metallurgy, Mineral Processing Engineering, or closely related fields.
