Jinlian Aluminum’s NEUI400 aluminum electrolysis series (with a capacity of 1,000 kt/a and an operating current of 410 kA)

Commissioned in October 2013, with an anode current density of 0.84 A/cm², this facility integrates advanced technologies including fully graphitized cathodes, integrated welded cell shells, partitioned high-level gas collection, and counter-flow dry flue gas purification. The cell operating voltage is 3.95 V, the DC power consumption is 12,600 (kW·h)/t, and fluoride salt consumption is 12 kg/t. Environmental performance meets the requirements of European emission standards.
